Nova LifeStyle acquired Diamond Sofa, a California corporation, on August 31, 2011. Diamond Sofa, an innovative distributor and designer, is a strong American brand focusing on urban contemporary styles. Diamond Sofa has been in the furniture distribution business since 1992 and currently sells to the top 100 furniture companies in the U.S. Diamond Sofa believes in promoting an entire lifestyle, not just selling furniture. The company challenges themselves to create one-of-a-kind, relevant, modern and stylish furniture through customized designs inspired by the cultures around the world. With the many modular collections and coordinated case pieces, the line presents fresh ideas and solutions to today's consumers. In order to capture the high growth China market opportunity, we have established distinct furniture brands targeting the middle and upper middle-income preferences of the China market. We feature a wide selection of product categories and styles under our brands, Colorful World, Giorgio Mobili, Ming Ma, 1Sofa, Wo Zhi Bao, each piece part of a collection bearing a distinctive style, design theme and selection of materials and finish that draw from traditional Asian culture and modern cosmopolitan styles.

Since our establishment in 2003, we have grown from a small furniture manufacturer to a leading international company with over 100 franchise stores in China carrying Nova-branded products. Our company headquarters is situated on4 1/2 acres in theprime industrial district of Commerce, CA with over 200,000 square ft. of warehouse and showroom. Our other factory has employed approximately 1000 workers and occupy 1,241,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Dongguan, China. Led by an experienced and passionate management team, we have experienced rapid growth. We are dedicated to bringing new and innovative products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards and integrity.
Community Service
We believe in the importance of giving back to the community and building cultural awareness. In 2011, we built a furniture exhibition museum in Dongguan, China, occupying 8,000 square meters of space. Nova Museum is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of the culture and history of furniture in China.
